He has previously taught painting and drawing at The London Institute / Bandar Utama College, Malaysian Institute of Art and University of Massachusetts, USA. He was Artist-in-Residence () at Canberra Institute of Art, Australian National University, Visiting Tutor () at Central St. Martins, London, and Visiting Fellow at Goldsmith College, University of London.

He is presently teaching at Center for Advanced Design campus in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
